Country's reigning couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are making 2017 one for the books! The duo announced in a press release on Monday (March 20) their plans to drop a new joint single, an album and a performance at the upcoming 2017 ACM Awards.
McGraw and Hill's new collaborative single, “Speak to a Girl," will be released to country radio at 4pm CT on Thursday (March 23), and then available for download and streaming. The release reports that the song was written by Shy Carter, Dave Gibson and Joe Sprague and co-produced by Byron Gallimore, McGraw and Hill. The country star's will also make the television world premiere of the song when they perform it during the upcoming 52nd Academy of Country Music Awards. “Speak to a Girl," is the lead single from a joint album that McGraw and Hill will release via Sony Music Entertainment in 2017.

McGraw and Hill each signed separate deals with Sony in mid-February. Previously, McGraw was with Big Machine Label Group and last released an album, Damn Country Music, in 2015. Hill was previously signed to Warner Bros. Nashville, her label home for more than 20 years and her last album for that label, Deep Tracks, dropped in November. Along with the exciting upcoming new music, the duo will soon be out on their 2017 Soul2Soul World Tour and recorded a duet for McGraw's latest film The Shack's soundtrack.
Catch the talented couple and many more at the 2017 ACM Award's, set to take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 2, and air live on CBS beginning at 8pm ET. Other performances to watch out for include Kelsea Ballerini, Brothers Osborne, Maren Morris, Jon Pardi, Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town and Florida Georgia Line with the Backstreet Boys.
