From Maren Morris and Zedd to Kelsea Ballerini and The Chainsmokers, these stars collaborations are taking over the radio!

While some of the year’s biggest country hits were actually crossovers with pop stars, that doesn’t change how much we love them! From Maren Morris and Zedd to Florida Georgia Line and Bebe Rexha, these stars collaborations are taking over the radio.

Below, we’ve gathered a list of some of our favorite country crossovers, beginning with the latest from powerhouse acts Kelsea Ballerini and The Chainsmokers. Turn up the volume and get to listening to some of musics’ best country crossover collaborations.

1) Kelsea Ballerini & Chainsmokers - “This Feeling”

In the latest of this year’s country pop crossovers, superstar Kelsea Ballerini had the opportunity to work with best-selling EDM-pop duo The Chainsmokers. An opportunity she’s discussed in interviews before, Ballerini was thrilled to receive the demo from the DJs and immediately agreed to be involved. We have a feeling this song is going to be everywhere!

2) Maren Morris & Zedd - “The Middle”

Arguably one of the biggest genre crossover hits of the year, “The Middle” went about as viral as a song can in this day and age. Reverberating throughout the music community, this hit was playing everywhere, from the department store to nightclubs for months to follow.

3) Florida Georgia Line & Bebe Rexha - “Meant to Be”

Florida Georgia Line is known for successfully integrating into a number of genres, and the country duo has charted hits with artists from all across the musical spectrum. This is, however, one of their biggest yet, having peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and was their first song to reach No. 1 on the country charts as a featured artist.

4) Keith Urban & Julia Michaels - “Coming Home”

Longtime songwriter Julia Michaels burst onto the scene as a pop artist herself when her debut single “Issues” went Platinum three times. Due to her songwriting prowess, the country star enlisted Michael’s help refining the lyrics. Her contributions were so powerful, Urban asked his co-writer to accompany him on lead vocals.

5) Chris Stapleton & Justin Timberlake - “Say Something”

While this wasn’t the first time that these singer-songwriting powerhouses have collaborated, this is some of their best respective work yet. Both venturing from their comfort zones, this soulful country rock product is something that can only be born of such talented musicians.

6) Dan + Shay & Kelly Clarkson - “Keeping Score”

Kelly Clarkson is more than a welcome and familiar face in country music, but it’s no secret her roots are in pop-rock. That didn’t stop Dan + Shay from inviting her to join them on this track, and we’re so glad they did. This beautiful song off their self-titled debut album is lyrically powerful alone, but add the angelic voices of all three artists, and it takes it to an entirely new level.

7) Kane Brown & Camila Cabello - “Never Be the Same Remix”

When Camila Cabello decided to remix her hit song “Never Be the Same,” it’s safe to say not many fans predicted that it would include rising country heartthrob Kane Brown. And while it was an unexpected choice, we must compliment the artistic vision, their combined star power is remarkable.

8) Chris Lane & Tori Kelly - “Take Back Home Girl”

While it’s hard to believe this song was released almost exactly a year from today, we’re not surprised it’s stayed popular all this time. An adorable ballad written for the girl you can’t wait to introduce to your parents, it’s no wonder this song shot up the country charts. The musical combination of Chris Lane and Tori Kelly is so powerful, they did two national television shows in April and July of this year, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Today Show, respectively.

9) Jason Aldean & Ludacris - “Dirt Road Anthem Remix”

Jason Aldean’s 2011 hit was itself a departure from the singer’s traditional style, the third verse being an uncharacteristic rap. While performing the song at the 2011 CMT Awards, the crowd roared as he was accompanied by guest Ludacris, who rapped the third verse himself. In a press release regarding the collaboration, Aldean explained, “We’re both Georgia boys, so even though our music is totally different, our roots are the same. We both know about hot Georgia summers and cooling off with a six pack [or] two. It wasn’t that much of a stretch.”

Check out Aldean and Ludacris’ collaboration in the video below:

10) Cam & Sam Smith - “Palace”

While this isn’t exactly a collaboration, this incredible song must be shared. You might have heard Sam Smith’s heart wrenching hit “Palace,” but did you know country singer Cam wrote it with her previous tour mate? In April of this year, the artist shared a stripped down cover of her song on her YouTube channel, and if you thought the song had no more solitude to give, you’d be wrong. In a breathtaking performance Cam pours her heart and soul into the words, and that passion can’t help but shine.
