Lindsay Ell Proves She’s The Queen Of Pranks
The country rocker surprised Sugarland with a hilarious prank on their Still The Same Tour!
Lindsay Ell is proving to be the master of pranks while touring with country duo Sugarland. While in the midst of Sugarland’s Still the Same Tour, the tour mates made a stop in Greenville, South Carolina, where the “Criminal” singer decided it was time to have a little fun with the headliners.
“I have decided that for the encore, I am going to put on the Swamp Rabbit mascot costume,” Lindsay tells cameras backstage. Ell then makes her way to the stage, donning the costume of Stomper from the Greenville Swamp Rabbits much to the delight of Sugarland and fans in attendance at the show at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. The duo posted the hilarious prank to their Instagram with a caption reading, “A few weeks in to the second half of the tour and the pranks have already begun! Please welcome to the stage @LindsayEll… err we mean Stomper of the Greenville @swamprabbits.”
And even though she was wearing an elaborate costume, nothing could stop the country sensation from showing off her killer guitar skills! After their encore, Ell heads backstage with the rest of her tour mates where we can hear Kristian say, “Put this on the internet as fast as possible.”
Sugarland kicked off their Still the Same Tour on May 25, which will have the country stars’ performing around the country throughout 49 cities in North America this summer. Currently, Lindsay and Frankie Ballard serve as openers.
