Watch Miranda Lambert Kill It On ‘Late Night With Seth Meyers’
Miranda Lambert sings 'Ugly Lights' and 'Pink Sunglasses' on Seth Meyers!
As if country superstar Miranda Lambert is not busy enough with her current Bandwagon Tour with Little Big Town, the singer-songwriter stopped by Late Night With Seth Meyers on Wednesday, July 18, to perform two of her songs from her 2016 album The Weight Of These Wings.
Dressed in a short black floral dress, Lambert looked absolutely stunning as she sung about her past heartbreak. The artist began her performance with “Ugly Lights,” singing, “I don’t remember when the liquor started kicking in / It’s been a while since I’ve been off the stuff / I really hate to say I’m turning into a cliché / I’m hoping that nobody brings it up.”
Lambert has stated, “I hope when people listen to it that it gives them hope and reminds them they are not alone when they’re going through something tough.. But it’s been two years since the album came out, and I’ve moved on.” Though the song was released during a difficult time, the artist has clearly moved on and she proved that during her performance.

Following her performance of “Ugly Lights,” the country star also sang her spunky tune “Pink Sunglasses,” another song from Weight Of These Wings. Unlike “Ugly Lights,” “Pink Sunglasses” talks about making the world look a little bit better during a hard time. The upbeat song is still somewhat of a breakup anthem, but is more about the getting over stage rather than the heartbreak. Lambert crushed both songs during her performance and left fans wanting more!
It’s a good thing Lambert fans can see more of this talented artist on her Bandwagon Tour with Little Big Town! The tour will be on the road through August 25 so make sure to catch it before it ends. For more information on tour dates and locations, click HERE!
