Luke Bryan Is Set To Have The Hottest New Bar In Nashville
Luke Bryan is opening a new bar on Lower Broadway!
Bars and country music have always gone hand in hand, but recently there has been a major trend of stars opening their own bars and eateries in Nashville. On Monday, July 9, the Nashville Business Journal announced that Luke Bryan will be joining this latest surge, which includes artists such as Blake Shelton, Florida Georgia Line, Dierks Bentley, Jason Aldean, John Rich, Alan Jackson and Kid Rock, by partnering with a company to open his own bar on Lower Broadway!
The bar that currently exists at 301 Broadway is set to be renamed as Luke’s 32 Bridge Kitchen + Drink. 32 Bridge is also the name of Bryan’s clothing line, so the name seemed fitting for the new venue. The Ohio based company that bought the bar in March was also the same company that partnered with Jason Aldean to open Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar.
The country star has confirmed the news regarding his latest venture, which will be held at a 30,000 square foot building featuring six levels of entertainment space with eight bars, including Broadway’s only multi-level rooftop bars with a sushi menu, four stages of live music and two restaurants. “When I first moved to Nashville I played several of the bars on the ionic Broadway Street,” shared Luke. “I never would have dreamt that I would one day be a part of a place that could offer the same dream to others. Because of Music City and the fans all across the country, the reality of this amazing venue has become possible.”
Some of Bryan's favorite drinks and foods have inspired the menu created by Chef Tomasz Wosiak helms. The menu will range from Hometown Pulled Pork with Kettle BBQ chips, Black & Blue Salmon Salad, Nashville Hot Chicken to Bryan's Elk Burger with Red Dragon Cheese.
Fans who enjoy adult beverages can quench their thirst on one-of-a-kind drinks including some of the singer's personal choices like “Backstage”- vodka, grapefruit, with or without salt; “Play It Again”- cherries, vanilla bourbon, lemon juice, sugar and “Luke’s Old Fashioned”- muddled cherries & oranges, cubed sugar & bitters, ice, whiskey & water and more.
In addition to releasing music and becoming a business owner, the country star can also be found as one of the judges on American Idol. Country singers have done extremely well on previous seasons of Idol and stars such as Carrie Underwood, Kellie Pickler, Scotty McCreery and Trent Harmon have made their mark because of their time on the hit reality show.
Who knows, maybe some of these former contestants as well as future stars from the coming season may make an appearances at Bryan’s new bar!
