Miranda Lambert is one of country music's top female talents. Her ability to infuse traditional country values into today's modern sounds have helped make her a well respected artist amongst her musical predecessors as well as rising stars. It's no surprise then, when some of the genre's most iconic performers make guest appearances during her concerts!
Lambert recently surprised fans during a show in Newark with a surprise performance with country royalty The Oak Ridge Boys, to perform their hit “Elvira." As the country star began gearing up to perform a cover of the country classic she stopped and said, “you know what would be even cooler? If the Oak Ridge Boys were here to sing this song with me. They're here!" Longtime members Duane Allen, Joe Bonsall, Richard Sterban and William Lee Golden then walked onstage as the band launched back into the song.

However, The Oak Ridge Boys weren't the only special guests to drop by the “Tin Man" singer's show. Lambert's Livin' Like Hippies Tour also welcomed opening act Charlie Worsham on Thursday's, March 22, gig. Worsham will travel on Lambert's tour till Saturday night's show in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The Livin' Like Hippies tour will continue for another handful of dates, before wrapping up with a festival appearance at the County Jam Ranch in June.
