Rising Country Star Devin Dawson Goes Gold On ‘Ellen’ With Live Performance

If you haven't heard of Devin Dawson yet, just be on the lookout, because this country newcomer is on the verge of blowing up! As a recent recipient of an ACM Awards nomination for New Male Vocalist, Devin Dawson made his way to Los Angeles for his first appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Dressed in his signature black attire, the rising star performed his hit single “All On Me" as he took the Ellen stage for the first time. Accompanied by a live band, Dawson put on a laid-back, yet soulful performance of his song from his debut album Dark Horse.

The television host also had a gift for the “All On Me" singer after his performance! “I have a surprise for you," explained DeGeneres. “This is a really, really great song. It's so good that it's gone Gold." She then presented the country artist with an RIAA-certified gold plaque for the record.

Born and raised in the golden state, this California native has already made several television debuts, including Late Night with Seth Meyers and most recent, The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Dawson has also landed his first Grand Ole Opry performance and was named a 2018 Pandora “Country Artist to Watch"!
