Many rising talents have been selected to perform at the 2018 New Faces of Country Music show in February, including Luke Combs and Lauren Alaina. The New Faces show will showcase the many new talents coming out of country music today.

The musical event concludes the annual Country Radio Seminar week in Nashville and puts up-and-coming performers in front of an audience of radio personnel and industry professionals. Many of the new talents such as Combs and Alaina will be bringing along some hit singles under their belts, such as “Road Less Traveled" and “Hurricane." The lineup will also include Midland, Carly Pearce and Michael Ray.

Pearce was so excited by the announcement, that she couldn't wait to share the news. “Pretty sure I just squealed with so much excitement that I scared everyone on my flight 😂 THANK YOU, COUNTRY RADIO!!!!! SO excited for this," she wrote on Instagram.

The annual showcase will be held February 7 at the Omni Hotel in Downtown Nashville and will conclude the three-day seminar, which aims to promote ideas and business practices in the country music industry. Sponsored by the Academy of Country Music and St. Jude Children's Hospital, the event will include performances by each of the five artists.
