Luke Bryan just won't slow down, bouncing from one headlining tour to the next, recording and releasing new music, and as of late, dabbling in reality TV. By now you've surely heard that Bryan will hold one of the three coveted judges spots of the reboot of the wildly successful American Idol. Set to appear alongside pop superstar Katy Perry and legendary singer-songwriter Lionel Richie, we can't wait for the return of the reality competition.
The program is responsible for breaking artists such as Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson and Lauren Alaina, and has proven time and again that an appearance on American Idol can truly kick off an artists' career. Today, November 6, longtime American Idol host Ryan Seacrest announced on his talk show, Live With Kelly and Ryan, that the reboot has an official premiere date, March 11, 2018 at 8 PM EST on ABC.
