Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott is not only a star singer-songwriter, but a newly minted fashion designer. The Nashville native teamed up with the Home Shopping Network (HSN) to bring the world LaBellum, a line of “modern, bohemian-chic" pieces, to the fans that inspired her.
Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott's Clothing Line
“Working on this line just gets more and more fun as I learn more about what women are loving and snatching up the quickest," said Scott of designing always with her customers in mind. “Their reaction has been so exciting and that energy has definitely gone into designing this new fall line. It’s an empowering feeling to be able to create something from the ground up that makes other women feel confident about themselves as well."
The latest collection for fall is a healthy combination of lacy dusters, dresses long and short, stylish t-shirts and a lot of embroidery. But clothing isn't the only option when shopping Scott's line, available as well is a faux leather belt and a gorgeously detailed crossbody purse. Of the entire grouping Scott says, “And that's the thing with this collection y'all that I am so proud of, that I'm so excited about, is truly, everything goes together. You can layer so many of these pieces together and that was really important to me with this fall and winter collection, especially because depending on where you live a lot of these things can take you into the middle of winter."
Check out some of the pieces in action in this October 23 video from HSNtv. Below is a video of a personal favorite of ours, the faux fur vest with faux leather “rocker" studded pockets.
