Kelsea Balerini's debut album, The First Time, was a smash hit and put her on the map as one of the top new females in country music. Her much-anticipated sophomore album has kept fans on pins and needles, but we recently got some clues on what to expect from the new record.
During an appearance on Good Morning America, July 25, Ballerini announced the title and release date for her upcoming album. The “Dibs" singer will release her new album Unapologetically this fall on November 3. Ballerini also teased her late-night appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, tweeting, “GMA/Fallon. Singing the songs and spilling the beans."
The country sensation recently released the album's lead single “Legends" along with a music video. She also debuted another song “I Hate Love Songs" in June during the 2017 CMA Fest at Nissan Stadium in Nashville. Both “Legends" and “I Hate Love Songs" steer away from her more familiar and light-hearted material that was prevalent on The First Time. Unapologetically will focus on more serious themes such as heartbreak as well as the realities of maturing into a young adult and finding new love.

Along with festival appearances, touring and supporting her new album, Ballerini announced her engagement to fellow country singer Morgan Evans back in December. No details on when the nuptials will take place, but we'll be sure to share the news once we find out! For more on the country artist, catch her out on Lady Antebellum's You Look Good World Tour with fellow opener Brett Young.
