Tim McGraw & Midland Team Up For Alabama Classic ‘Dixieland Delight’

Right before he took the stage during his Soul2Soul World Tour, Tim McGraw teamed up with Midland to perform an Alabama classic “Dixieland Delight."

With the country trio appearing as an opener for select dates on McGraw and Faith Hill’s 2017 Soul2Soul Tour, there was a likely chance we'd see a collaboration between Midland and the hitmaker and lucky for us that’s exactly what happened! Backstage at the Edmonton, the country group and McGraw recorded a flawless acoustic cover of “Dixieland Delight" as tribute to the iconic country band Alabama. First released in 1983, Alabama's track soared to number one in both the U.S. and Canada and quickly became a fan favorite. McGraw and Midland may have added some new flavor with their rendition, but the tune remains true to its roots and remains a country classic.

Watch McGraw and Midland perform “Dixieland Delight" in the clip below:

While Midland wrapped their limited opening dates with the country couple, you can still catch McGraw and Hill out on the road through October. Check out the remaining tour dates and openers in the list below:
