EARLY LIFE

Glen Templeton hails from Tuscaloosa, Alabama where he developed his love for music. On his journey to country music stardom, Templeton reveals “I’m not sure I chose country music, in a way it kind of chose me.”

MUSIC CAREER

Glen Templeton’s debut single “I Could Be the One” was originally recorded by Billy Ray Cyrus for his 2009 album Back to Tennessee but it was not released as a single. Once Templeton was ready to launch his self-titled debut EP in 2011, “I Could Be The One” was chosen as the lead single and peaked at No. 53 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Templeton’s second EP titled Let Her Go featured the singles “Sing That Song Again” and “Ball Cap” and was released on July 29, 2014. In 2015 Templeton and his record label Black River Entertainment parted ways. Templeton’s latest single release “Hip To Be Country” debuted in 2018.
